If you haven't yet participated in one of our challenges you might wonder the types of workouts involved. Our challenges offer a variety of low impact workouts as well as cardio boxing/kickboxing.

 

We always get the question "are these workouts for beginners?" The workouts implemented in our challenges are designed for every type of person. Whether  you’re new to working out,  just getting back into the game, or have concerns with joints or injuries, low-impact cardio is a safe and effective method of exercise. Low-impact exercises focus on keeping one foot on the ground and alleviating stress or pressure on your joints.

If you have any physical limitations due to health issues or injury there are many ways to modify workouts to accommodate those limitations while still burning calories.
